2024 Media Awards
Five media awards were presented on the night by FNMA co-chairs Adam Manovic and Karen Paterson at the 2024 Converge Conference.
There were two development awards and three major Awards. The Award recipients were:
- First Nations Outstanding Contributor Award (Organisation) – Mid North Coast Indigenous Broadcast Association, Ngarralinyi 2TLP.
- Community Leadership Award (Individual) – Dre Ngatokorua, Umeewarra Aboriginal Media Association.
- Lifetime Achievement Award (Individual) – Vince Coulthard, Umeewarra Aboriginal Media Association.
- Organisational Excellence Award – Central Australian Aboriginal Media Association (CAAMA)
- Best Training and Professional Development Award – No nomination put forward.
- Young Leaders Award – Orlando Rubuntja, Central Australian Aboriginal Media Association (CAAMA).
